On July 09th,2025, ESSACA is pleased to host the final presentations of its Bachelor ofArchitecture students. This event marks the culmination of several years oftraining, research, and architectural experimentation, with a strong focus onsocial issues and local contexts.

🔍 Projects rooted in the realities of the territory
These defenses will showcase a wide range of architectural proposals, alldeeply anchored in contemporary challenges. Students have explored complexfields, merging urban and rural dynamics, local cultures, community needs, andenvironmental urgencies.

🌱 Key Themes:

• Architecture and social     connection
      Cultural centers, neighborhood spaces, and intergenerational facilities     designed as catalysts for human interaction in often fragmented urban     contexts.
• Equestrian leisure and living     heritage
      A unique project centered around the creation of an equestrian center,     reinterpreting local traditions – such as fantasia and cultural     parades – within a contemporary architectural framework that celebrates     intangible heritage and supports rural development.
• Rehabilitation and ecological     transition
      Several students focused on transforming existing structures into     sustainable, inclusive solutions that align with environmental goals and     community needs.
• Housing for all
      Innovative housing concepts – collective, social, or adaptable – offering     architectural responses tailored to the social and economic conditions of     diverse populations.
• Architecture and urban     resilience
      Strong reflections on risk management, flood mitigation, soft mobility,     and the integration of greenery into urban environments.
